Final Judgement of Palisadoes Judicial Review - October 2011

In 2010, the Government of Jamaica announced a four lane highway, construction of two seawalls and removal of mangroves on the Palisadoes Strip in Kingston. The following is the judgement handed down in a Judicial Review filed by JET in 2010 re the Natural Resources Conservation Authority and the National Environment and Planning Agency approval of the planned road works.
